The Alor Gajah sessions court on Monday charged immigration officer Frankie Chua Siong Kiat with three counts of sexually assaulting a Thai masseuse. He pleaded not guilty to the offences that were allegedly committed at the immigration depot detention office in Machap Umboo on March 9.
