Elected representatives from Bersatu are duty-bound to remain loyal to the party, said Hamzah Zainudin.
The Bersatu secretary-general said it is one of the written instructions issued to party representatives.
Hamzah added that party members have to respond by carrying out the instructions and sending the letter back within 14 days from the date the instructions were given, which was on May 17.
