Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim earlier made a promise to explain about his deputy Ahmad Zahid Hamidi's discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) for all 47 graft charges involving Yayasan Akalbudi funds in Dewan Rakyat.

Anwar's justification, however, triggered a dispute between the opposition and government bloc, which resulted in Putrajaya MP Radzi Jidin being expelled and Perikatan Nasional lawmakers staging a walkout.
