Selangor CID chief Senior Asst Comm Fadzil Ahmat told reporters on Tuesday that the alleged mastermind of the Gang 24 "cake cutting" commotion outside a school in Klang, identified as a 17-year-old student, was arrested over the weekend following several operations.
