Dr. Madhusudhan runs a mobile clinic every Wednesday which offers free medical services to homeless and urban poor people in Kuala Lumpur. He initiated the effort which garnered many interest on social media. He initially uses his own money to fund for the services and medicine. He also recycles unused medicines to be given to his street patients.
