The government will study the need to extend the conditional movement control order (CMCO) until the end of this year if there is a persistent increase in the number of Covid-19 cases.

Special Functions Minister Mohd Redzuan Md Yusof said the CMCO is currently being implemented based on the risk assessment made by the Health Ministry - taking into account the number of positive cases in each area.
