E-hailing company Grab says it is taken aback by the Malaysia Competition Commission’s (MyCC) proposed RM86.7mil fine and maintains its position that it has complied fully with the Competition Act 2010.
Earlier on Thursday, MyCC chief executive officer Iskandar Ismail proposed the fine but stressed that this was merely a proposed decision and not final.
