Kuala Lumpur City Hall (DBKL) advisory board member Rizalman Mokhtar said high property prices in the city as a result of corruption was a "possibility".
"The possibility of (corruption as) a contributing factor is definitely there but it is still too early for us to justify the investigations by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC).
