Opposition Leader Hamzah Zainuddin has called on the government to reconsider their decision to not allow another round of Employees Provident Fund (EPF) withdrawal.

In his debate of the budget in the policy stage today, he said they should consider targeted withdrawals to help alleviate the burden of the people.

He said the government could ask those who wanted to withdraw the money to show that it was urgently required and added that maybe Pandan MP Rafizi Ramli has a formula for it.
