Pasir Gudang MP Hassan Abdul Karim has hit out at the government over the recently signed trade agreement with the United States.
Speaking in Parliament, Hassan cited figures showing that Malaysia’s total commitments to purchase US goods amounted to over RM1 trillion.
He said this made it seem as though Malaysia had simply surrendered its wealth to US President Donald Trump.
