Alumbis Murut is an ethnic group of Murut mainly live in the Mandalom Village of Tenom District and Bamban Village of Kemabong sub-district in interior of Sabah. Their economic activities are farming, fishing and hunting. The Alangsinsin dance is this video is a dance to celebrate the victory return of head-hunter who had obtained the head. Today this dance is for welcoming guests to a grand feast. The gentle dance is accompanied by beating the lumaah gongs which follows the rhythm of gong.
