Heart-warming: Cop rescues, reunites puppy with family during MCO patrol

Not all heroes wear capes, but many certainly wear the PDRM uniform.

One such example is police corporal Mohd Azad, who managed to rescue and reunite a puppy with its family this morning.

While carrying out patrol duties to enforce the movement control order Mohd Azad, with the Mobile Patrol Vehicle (MPV) unit from Shah Alam district police headquarters, entered a storm drain to help a puppy that had fallen in.

Mohd Azad can be seen carefully gaining the trust of the puppy, before gently lifting the puppy out of the drain in a video shared by the official PDRM Facebook page. The puppy was greeted by two larger dogs, believed to be its parents.

After the corporal managed to pull himself out of the large drain, the puppy approached him, seemingly to thank him for the heroic feat.
