HOW Justin Bieber Asked For Stephen Baldwin's Blessing Before Proposing

Weeks before Justin Bieber got down on bended knee, he actually had a little talk with Stephen Baldwin.
Sounds like Justin is just a very traditional guy.
Asking a lady’s father for her hand in marriage before popping the big question is SUCH an old school move, but hey! That’s just Justin Bieber’s vibe. Word on the street is Justin really wanted to sit down with Hailey’s dad, Stephen Baldwin, to talk about his future with Hailey and they were able to do that weeks before JB asked Hales to marry him.
According to Entertainment Tonight, a source close to the situation revealed QUOTE, “Justin wanted to respect tradition, so a couple weeks ago, while him and Hailey were visiting New York, Justin set aside some time to talk with Stephen. Justin and Stephen have always had a close relationship, and Justin wanted to show his future father-in-law how serious he is about his future with Hailey.”
ET’s source went on to say QUOTE, “Stephen is a minister, so Justin knew it was important to Stephen that the two have a conversation before he proposed to Hailey. Justin and Stephen talked about relationships, sacrifice and religion, and ultimately Stephen gave Justin his blessing to propose to Hailey. Stephen is very happy for Justin and Hailey.”
So, for anyone who thought this whole move was just super impulsive on Justin’s part, here’s proof that proposing to Hailey wasn’t just something Justin decided to do when he woke up that morning!
