Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak on Thursday said Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi is the right leader for Umno as he has the necessary experience and knowledge to lead the party.
He was responding to PKR President Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim’s remark that Zahid’s return as Umno president showed that the party was not on steady ground.
