Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Khalid Abu Bakar said on Thursday that cops don't owe an explanation on why political cartoonist Zunar was slapped with a travel ban. Zunar, whose real name is Zulkiflee Anwar Ul-Haque, found out he was barred from leaving Malaysia on Oct 17 when he was at KLIA about to leave to Singapore for a forum.
