Pua: MAHB violates the same guideline they use to justify PSC hike

DAP Lawmaker Tony Pua took another swing at Malaysia Airport Holdings Berhad (MAHB) over the incoming Passenger Service Charge (PSC) increase for KLIA2.
This time, he claims that MAHB is violating the same guidelines that it cites to justify the charge hike, quoting a policy by the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) which states that 'in general, aircraft operators and other airport users, including end-users, should not be charged for facilities and services they do not use'.
