M Indira Gandhi, who underwent a decade-long ordeal since her daughter was snatched by her estranged ex-husband was nominated unanimously for the United States Department of State International Women of Courage award.
She was presented the award last night in Kuala Lumpur by US Ambassador to Malaysia Kamala Shirin Lakhdhir.
