Defence Minister Ismail Sabri said the states of Pahang, Perak, Negeri Sembilan, Kedah, Terengganu will be placed under the second movement control order from January 22.

He said this is after the average number of Covid-19 cases in those states continue to increase.

With the announcement today, this means that the entire country except for Sarawak will come under the full movement control order (MCO).
