Former Umno Youth leader Khairy Jamaluddin said approving a Perikatan Nasional (PN) MPs' allocation only after they supported the prime minister goes against Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim's promise to implement institutional reforms.
Khairy was referring to the claim by Labuan MP Suhaili Abdul Rahman that he had received allocations for his constituency after declaring support for Anwar.
He added that institutional reforms meant that every MP should get equal allocations.
