Sungai Besar Umno chief Jamal Md Yunos was slapped with a RM400 fine by the Shah Alam magistrate's court today.
This came after he pleaded guilty under Section 290 of the Penal Code to causing a public nuisance.
This was in relation to his stunt of smashing bottles of beer outside the Selangor State Secretariat building last October.
