Justin Bieber is the king of collabs these days, and his latest hit with David Guetta is sure to be a hit jam of the summer…
Justin and David’s first video for their latest collab called “2U” features supermodels such as Jasmine Tookes, Stella Maxwell, and Martha Hunt all lipsyncing to the fun and flirty tune while behind the scenes of a Victoria’s Secret shoot. Check it out…
David Guetta said that there will be another non-branded video to accompany the song also coming out, but for now I don’t think they’ll get too many complaints about this one.
In a statement about the song, David said of his collab with the Biebs on 2U QUOTE, "Justin has such a unique voice and I have so much respect for his talent but also for his choices. He took some risks reinventing himself lately in such a cool amazing creative way. I'm very proud to finally share a record with him. I feel like '2U' is an incredible combination of emotion energy with a huge melody combined with edgy sounds."
David also spoke of the song to MTV about his intention with the song, saying QUOTE, “It's just a very romantic love song. What I'm trying to do here is a combination of emotional parts and the energy of crazy electronic dance beats. That's what I do, and that's what I like. I like making the people dance, but with a tear in their eyes."
Not sure if this one is gonna bring a tear to my eyes, but it’ll definitely have me rocking out in my car pretending I’m a Victoria’s Secret model, and I’m completely fine with that.
