Justin Bieber Defends Kylie Jenner After Cornrows Feud

If you recall, the youngest of the Jenner clan posted THIS Instagram photo wearing a crop top, sweatpants, and cornrows in her hair. The style and beauty icon was heavily criticized by Hunger Games actress Amandla Stenberg who commented on Kylie’s photo saying QUOTE, “When u appropriate black features and culture but fail to use ur position of power to help black Americans by directing attention towards ur wigs instead of police brutality or racism #whitegirlsdoitbetter.” Kylie then replied on the post early on, “Mad if I do… mad if I don’t. Go hang w Jaden or something.” If you also recall, Jaden went to prom with Amandla recently and is a mutual friend of theirs. Many people think Amandla’s remarks are a bit harsh, including Kylie’s friend Justin Bieber. Justin has entered the ring on Kylie’s Instagram photo and a screenshot of his sweet defense is buzzing around the Internet. Justin posted QUOTE, “Guys leave her alone, were all trying to figure it out and she happens to be under a microscope! I’m the first to know this. But saying she’s being racist because she wants her hair in braids is ridiculous. Let’s focus on the bigger picture and instead of fighting over something stupid lets do something about equality, but it doesn’t start her blasting a 17 year old kid for wearing braids smh.” And we kinda have to agree with Justin on this one. Lots of people wear braids in their hair. Amandla hasn’t responded to Justin yet but has addressed all the media attention tweeting, “End the “angry black girl” narrative… I have strong opinions.
