Just when we thought Justin Bieber was buckling down and focusing on important things like his career and possible new music, his previous legal troubles are coming back to haunt him. This time, though (thankfully), Justin is breathing a big sigh of relief. Back in January of this year, JB was facing a possible felony charge when it was alleged that the singer egged his neighbor's house, doing damage upwards of $20,000 to the "custom façade" of the home.

But today is a good day because, The egg-cellent news (see what we did there?) is that Justin won't be facing a more serious charge for the egging. On July 9th, after pleading no contest to the vandalism charges over the egging incident, the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office slapped Justin with misdemeanor vandalism, which means Bieber won't be facing any jail time or felony charges. Thanks goodness!

According to TMZ, Justin is facing two years of probation, community service, weekly anger management classes, and is being ordered to pay $80,900 to his neighbor to help cover the damage costs. A rep for the Biebs said this -- "Justin is glad to get this matter resolved and behind him. He will continue to move forward focusing on his career and his music." Which it what I know that all of us are looking forward to, as well. We know a bright future lies ahead for this guy.

What do you guys think about all this? Do you feel like his neighbor may be overreacting a little bit?
