Justin Bieber Investigated for Robbery During Selena Gomez Date

I wish we were making this up, but we’re not. Justin Bieber is being investigated for several crimes including attempted robbery… at a Dave & Buster’s restaurant. TMZ is reporting Justin lunged at a fan at the arcade and sports bar around 9:30PM Monday night, attempting to get the person’s phone from them. Justin and on and off again girlfriend Selena Gomez were at Dave & Buster’s Monday night for the restaurant’s Hollywood location grand opening. Apparently the fan took a video of them and Justin attempted to steal the fan’s phone. Not an unlikely scenario. Imagine this: Jelena cudding over some pinball and a fan sneak attacks with their iPhone. However, reports say Justin’s security held him back and never made contact with the fan. The police were called to the scene but Justin was already gone. Naturally, the fan wants to press charges for attempted robbery but really doesn’t sound like they have a case here since Justin didn’t actually take the phone. I’m sure there were plenty of people there trying to take a photo of Jelena. The big uh oh for Biebs is that he’s on probation right now for his egging case and will get in a load of trouble like possibly jail if he’s caught violating the law. This sounds oddly familiar to that time at mini golf Justin tried to take a woman’s phone back in May? No response from Justin on this new incident as of now, all we got was this “I love music” post on Twitter. But there’s more!
