A physical comedian and circus artist in class of his own. Akron’s one man show combines comedy circus and theatre play in a unique and engaging fashion. it is visual and universal, it’s for all ages and makes everyone not just laugh but really laugh. The connection between his audience and his onstage antics is something magical as he performs stunts ranging from the difficult and dangerous to the comical absurd. With insanely high unicycle stunts a little bit of high caliber juggling and the impromptu antics of a personality that cannot be ignored, Akron Mckenzie stages a performance that has won over audiences throughout north America, Europe, the U.K. and Australia for over eighteen years.
Kakiseni International Arts Festival (KIAF) is the annual arts festival held in Kuala Lumpur, organised by Kakiseni; an NGO dedicated in developing the Malaysian performing arts industry. This significant event, localised in PavilionKL shopping mall is the first ever festival of its kind that incorporates various international and local disciplines of arts, such as theatre, dance, music, visual arts, literature and poetry that bridge languages and multicultural creativity under one roof.
The event is usually held between the mid-years and stretches from five to ten days. The festival is a showcase of original to award-winning works from all around the world, consisting of avant garde to cultural expressions of artistic mediums. The festival caters to all walks of life and ages.
