Commenting on Sarawak's bid to push Putrajaya to raise the state's oil royalties to 20%, Kelantan Deputy Menteri Besar Mohd Amar Abdullah says the PAS led state's main priority is to get its oil royalties in the first place.
He says the question of whether the royalties will be 5% or 20% will have to come later.
