Pakatan Harapan will sort out seat allocation matters for the 15th general election first before considering accepting other parties into the coalition.
According to Harapan communication director Fahmi Fadzil, only seats left by former partner, Bersatu will be up for negotiation, while constituencies belonging to coalition partners will be left as status quo.
"We have yet to talk about any other party joining Harapan. I only found out about Muda's application to join us through the media," he said at a press conference today, when asked whether the coalition's presidential council had discussed the matter.
Yesterday, Muda president Syed Saddiq Syed Abdul Rahman said his party has had informal talks with Harapan's senior leadership on joining the coalition.
