'Kelantan will use the National Day theme set by the federal government'

The PAS-led Kelantan government will not use a different National Day logo and theme as proposed by the Perikatan Nasional Youth wing recently.

According to state Deputy Menteri Besar Mohamed Fadzli Hassan, Kelantan will use the federal government's “Malaysia Madani: Tekad Perpaduan, Penuhi Harapan” (Determination in Unity, Fulfilling Hope) theme, but pad it up with the words “Membangun Bersama Islam” (Rise with Islam).

"The Kelantan state government will maintain the National Day theme set by the federal government. We will also use the same logo," Fadzli said at a press conference after attending the state executive council meeting in Kota Bharu today.
