Kendall & Kylie's Relationship Is "Very Strained" With Caitlyn Jenner After Memoir Release

Not only did Caitlyn Jenner’s memoir strain her relationship with her step children, it’s also hurting her relationship with her own daughters.
The Kardashians aren’t the only ones keeping their distance from Caitlyn.
Sounds like the last two things keeping Caitlyn connected to the Kardashians is hanging on by a very thin thread. Ever since ‘The Secrets of My Life’ was released, it caused quite the rift between Caitlyn and the Kardashian family.
Not only is the former Olympian’s relationship between Kris and her step kids strained, Caitlyn’s relationship with her own biological daughters hasn’t exactly been all sunshine and rainbows. In fact, an insider told E! News that Kendall’s relationship with Caitlyn is the most strained of two, revealing that the supermodel “rarely speaks” to her dad.
The insider said QUOTE, “Kendall is loyal to Kris and has very little to do with her dad. The more time has passed, the more she feels Caitlyn has let her down with the things she has said and with her actions.”
Although Kendall is keeping her distance from Caitlyn, it’s Kylie who’s trying her best to stay unbiased in the ongoing drama between her parents.
The insider went on to reveal QUOTE, “Kylie has really made an effort not to take sides and to be supportive of Caitlyn. She really wants to have a relationship with her dad, but Caitlyn has hurt Kris tremendously and it’s made it very difficult. With everyone in the family on Kris’ side, it’s hard on Kylie. She tries to keep it separate and doesn’t want to discuss it with the rest of the family.”
Despite trying to keep the peace between her two families, the source admitted that the situation still affects Kylie negatively – and Kendall as well. They said, “Both girls really struggle with not being close to Caitlyn. It’s left a big void in their lives to not have the father they grew up with. She was a part of their lives every single day.”
But even though there’s all that drama going on in her life, Caitlyn isn’t letting it get her down. The 67-year-old recently shared a picture of herself with a brand new member of her family, an adorable two month old puppy named Bertha. Nothing like a sweet little pup to make the hard times not so hard, eh, Caitlyn?
