Former Umno division leader Datuk Seri Khairuddin Abu Hassan hospitalised, causing the Court of Appeal to postpone his hearing under the Security Offenses (Special Measures) Act 2012 (Sosma) to Dec 13.Khairuddin and his lawyer Matthias Chang - who appeared in court - were arrested and detained under Sosma late last year for alleged financial sabotage.
