With former Umno division leader Khairuddin Abu Hassan being warded in hospital, the Court of Appeal today postponed the hearing of the financial sabotage charge against him under Security Offenses (Special Measures) Act 2012 (Sosma) to Dec 13.
His lawyer Haniff Khatri Abdulla said he was informed that Khairuddin suffered diarrhoea two days ago.
