Umno president and Opposition Leader Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi has revealed that he had offered new roles in the party for Khairy Jamaluddin, who recently contested for the party presidency, on several occasions. But Khairy had turned all the offers down. He said Khairy might have his own thinking on how to revive the party after its big defeat in the May 9 general election.
