Khloe Kardashian RETURNING To LA After Spending $4K On Baby Travel Supplies?

So over the weekend, TMZ reported that Khloe spent almost $4000 on travel supplies including a BabyZen Yoyo Travel Stroller, a Medela Pump On-The-Go Station, and a Storksak Travel Diaper Bag. They said QUOTE, “It's interesting -- at the time of her purchase, we're told Khloe was anticipating a lot of back and forth trips from L.A. to Cleveland to be with her boyfriend and baby daddy, Tristan Thompson.” Of course, there were a plethora of reports last week that exposed Tristan Thompson as a serial cheater, but despite all the allegations and evidence, sources said that Khloe has QUOTE, “basically already forgiven him.” Neither Tristan or Khloe have made official statements regarding the allegations, but now everyone wants to know if she will be staying in Ohio or returning to LA permanently. So many questions, but the newest topic of discussion today is custody of the child. According to Ohio state law, “‘An unmarried female who gives birth to a child is the sole residential parent and legal custodian of the child until a court of competent jurisdiction issues an order designating another person as the residential parent and legal custodian.” It also appears that Tristan must file with the court to gain visitation and parenting rights. Now this is all Ohio law. If she moves back to LA permanently then it may be a different story because different states and jurisdictions have different laws. Ultimately, it’s Khloe and Tristan’s decision and we’re sure they will make the best decision for their child.
