Why Khloe's Baby Doesn't Have A Kardashian Last Name

According to sources, despite the Tristan’s cheating scandal, Khloe never once thought of giving her daughter her last name over Tristan’s.
A source told People magazine QUOTE, “Khloé still very much loves Tristan, and this baby is one half his. True is their child together. Giving the baby his last name was never in question”.
Khloe has yet to comment on the cheating allegations against Tristan, but for now it seems she’s way too happy and preoccupied being a new mom to their daughter to worry about sharing her feelings on the matter with the public.
Sources also told People of the situation QUOTE, “Khloé really wants to be able to forgive and trust Tristan again and have the life she hoped to have with him...She doesn’t know if she’ll be able to do that, but that’s the goal. She loves the life they had, she loves the baby they have together, and she still loves the dream of being a family together. If she can find a way to rebuild with Tristan, she will.” Of course, only time will tell if that’s possible, but for now it’s clear that Khloe’s first priority is baby True.
And speaking of True, there have been some MIXED reactions to her name -- to say the least. Kris Jenner actually took to social media to provide context for Khloe’s baby name, writing QUOTE, “I’m so excited to welcome my precious little granddaughter True!!! FUN FACT… my Grandfather’s name on my Dad’s side was True Otis Houghton….my real Dad’s name was Robert True Houghton…so i am so excited Khloe named her daughter True!!!” followed by the hashtags #lovebug #familytradition #family.
Okay, so for all you name haters out there, hopefully that explanation is enough to stop you from calling the name an oxymoron due to Tristan’s infidelity. Yes, it does seem ironic right now, but Khloe probably had the family name picked out LONG before the allegations came to light. And now that we know the name is from Khloe’s great grandfather and grandfather, it’s 100% more adorable.
