In the promo we see Kim receiving a call from one of Kanye’s friends and immediately breaking down upon hearing that her husband has been hospitalized.
Kim goes on to explain that she doesn’t know what to do because she’d just landed in New York for a work obligation. She then explained to Kourtney what was happening on the phone saying that Kanye’s friend was crying and wouldn’t tell her what was wrong. We of course now know that Kanye was hospitalized at UCLA Medical Center for exhaustion after canceling the remaining dates of his Saint Pablo Tour. He was released from the hospital nine days later.
