What better way to end a long, tiring work week than with some new music from the one and only Kanye West?
Fans have been patiently waiting for Yeezy’s return to music ever since he dropped his last album TWO years ago and they’re in luck because instead of waiting for an entire album to drop all at once, Kanye is planning on releasing new music – wait for it – every Friday.
That’s right, your Fridays are about to be a lot more eventful! Kanye’s wifey Kim K teased on Twitter late Thursday night with a very straightforward message that is sure to excite all of Yeezy’s fans. She wrote with a ton of music note emojis QUOTE, ‘Friiiiiiday!!!! New music!!! #EveryFriday #Swish #RealFriends’ So, without further ado, here’s ‘Real Friends!’
Um, Kim’s fire emojis at the end of her tweet didn’t prepare me for how hot that song was going to be! Near the end of the track, Yeezy also teased us all with a short clip of his collab with Kendrick Lamar. Take a listen!
I cannot wait for Swish to come out. Ever since Yeezus was released in 2013, Kanye dropped two solo tracks, ‘All Day,’ which made its debut at the BRIT Awards in 2015, ‘Facts,’ and of course his collaborated tracks with Sia, Rihanna, and Paul McCartney. Aside from working on his own music and fashion line, the rapper also produced a few songs for the likes of Madonna, The Weeknd, and Big Sean, just to name a few. Speaking of producing, one of Kanye’s latest works was released not too long ago by Sia and it’s pretty darn good. Let’s take a listen to the track, shall we?Reaper was co-written and produced by ‘Ye and it was actually supposed to be for Rihanna’s eighth album, ‘Anti,’ but I think Sia does it justice, don’t you?
