Despite suspending their hearing on the disappearance of Pastor Raymond Koh pending a criminal investigation, Suhakam will still continue their public inquiry into the disappearances of three other individuals.
The inquiry will now look into the mysterious disappearances of Joshua Hilmy, his wife Ruth Sitepu and Amri Che Mat starting on Monday Jan 22.
The hearing was abruptly halted yesterday when police informed the commission that they have charged a man with the kidnapping of the pastor.
