PAS President Abdul Hadi Awang's proposal for an all-Malay cabinet has received brickbats from several party leaders.
Notable responses include that of Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng who said that it could lead to a split in Malaysia between Malay Muslims, Non-Malay Muslims and Non-Muslims.
Former Federal Court Judge Gopal Sri Ram added that all members of the cabinet are equal and any attempt to deny this is seditious.
