#KiniNews: Ahmad Maslan calls out Hamzah, unpaid school cleaners get handwritten assurance

[KiniNews] Home Minister Hamzah Zainudin should question MPs from his own party who did not participate in a crucial vote on the Security Offences (Special Measures) 2012 Act (Sosma) last week.

BN secretary-general and Pontian MP Ahmad Maslan said Hamzah should not be blaming MPs from Umno because some of them have valid reasons to be absent.

Meanwhile, in a separate story, school cleaners from Sabak Bernam have received assurance in the form of a handwritten letter “signed by” the Education Ministry (MOE) that those who have been unpaid since November will now receive their backpay on April 1.
