Malaysia today recorded 36 new Covid-19 cases, the lowest single-day increase since the implementation of the movement control order (MCO) on March 18.

Meanwhile, Singapore reported 1,426 new cases on Monday.

This would make it the country’s biggest single day jump since the heath crisis began in January.

This brings the total number of cases in Singapore to over 8,000.
