#KiniNews: PN MPs stage walkout after Radzi ejected, Zahid 'saved' Malaysia - says Umno man

Perikatan Nasional lawmakers staged a walkout from the Dewan Rakyat following a protracted argument when Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim was delivering his winding-up speech on the 12th Malaysian Plan mid-term review.

Chaos erupted when Anwar took a swipe at Radzi Jidin (PN-Putrajaya) for laughing when he was explaining the issue of the discharge not amounting to an acquittal (DNAA) granted to Deputy Prime Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

Meanwhile , an Umno leader has condemned the Perikatan Nasional Youth for organising a “Save Malaysia” gathering on Sept 16 and calling for Ahmad Zahid Hamidi to be charged again
Describing it as a “narrow-minded” move, he said PN Youth should realise that it was the Umno president who had “saved Malaysia” amid a political deadlock after the last general election.
