Here we are again atKL's famed food trail along Pudu's glutton lane. This time it's Madam Yong's "rojak" stall. Literally "rojak" means an all-mixed kind of food. You will be welcomed with a sign that asks you to "Q up". The sign tells you what this decade-old stall offers : Barbeque taufu, barbeque peper sotong (squid), babarque sotong rojak and prawn biscuit bbq set. You should try every one! You will notice in the video that Madam Yong uses charcoal frying instead of gas frying. This traditional method assures slow cooking perfection and that authentic frying aroma and taste. She serves her offerings with a dash of black thick sauce, a sprinkle of sliced cucumber and crunchy smashed fried peanuts, plus chilli sauce if you want. This stall has been widely featured in the media too. For Madam Yong we give this stall two thumbs up ! See you there soon !
