Kris Jenner accepts Caitlyn’s new persona but struggles to call her by her new name.
Caitlyn’s recent transition has been a transition for her family as well, especially Kris. And while she is supportive of Caitlyn’s new identity, she struggles to actually call her by her new name.
Access Hollywood’s Billy Bush asked Kris if she called Caitlyn, Caitlyn, to which she replied "No, I say 'Jenner.”
She went on to explain QUOTE "It's hard, you know, it's really, really hard… "What I have realized in all of this is that everyone handles stuff a different way. No matter what it is, you know. We're all people. We all have different emotions."
The Kardashian momager is definitely still getting to know Caitlyn and figuring out how to get re-acquainted with a person she was married to for over 20 years. She admits that she thought she would be different, saying QUOTE "Bruce had a distinct personality and, you know, had definite characteristics. And Caitlyn has some different ones, I feel."
How does Kris feel about Caitlyn’s new persona, does she want to hang out with her, Billy Bush asked if she could ever be girlfriends with Caitlyn, and curl up on the couch kind of friend? Kris replied "I don't know about curl up on the couch, but she came over for a drink last night…And that was nice."
