Kylie Jenner SNAPS "Don't Touch Me!" At Young Fan, Blames Security

Kylie Jenner blows up at over-excited fans for touching her, while sister Kendall stops to take selfies with the same kids later that night.
Kylie Jenner was not happy about a few young fans so eager to take a selfie with her that they grabbed her arm, and her reaction was intense, to say the least.
In video footage taken by TMZ, Kylie is shown being escorted into a restaurant and paparazzi hotspot called “Craig’s” by her security, but when one eager young fan tries to grab onto Kylie’s arm to get her attention, Kylie snaps at the young girl “Don’t touch me”. Take a look.
While many were saying that Kylie acted out because the young fan was annoying her, she later took to Twitter to explain, QUOTE, “She wasn’t annoying. She came in the restaurant after and I had a talk with her and we took photos. She just apologized for grabbing on to me so hard… & said she was a big fan and we embraced & took pics. I just said u can’t be doing that. It’s scary when I can’t see & have no Security already.”
Later that night sister Kendall was seen by the same group of young fans, though her reaction to their enthusiasm was different. She stopped to talk with the girls and took selfies with them, so clearly all is well with the fans and the Kardashian sisters they admire so much.
