Kylie Jenner gives fans a major scare after requiring emergency oxygen while visiting South America.
Talk about a health scare!
Kylie Jenner really had her fans and loved ones all worried when a series of snapchats were posted to her account showing the lip kit queen receiving medical attention while in South America. The cause of Kylie’s distress? Altitude sickness. In the snaps, a doctor informs viewers QUOTE “At this altitude of 11,000 feet above sea level, you can feel nauseous, have headaches- feel like you’re having the worst hangover ever.”
Ick. Sounds awful. But Kylie remained cool the entire time, despite the scary situation.
The snaps also showed Kylie goofing around with her team and the doctor, and even flipping off the camera with a medical technician. Just another eventful day in the life of Kylie Jenner. But in all seriousness, we’re super happy she got some medical attention, because nothing is worse than being out of the country and feeling really sick.
Kylie’s currently in South America in collaboration with Smile Train, a non-profit organization that provides free surgeries for children born with cleft palates. Kylie, herself, has funded 1,800 of those surgeries, by releasing 2 limited edition lip kits, appropriately called ‘Smile.’ The kits racked up nearly 500K dollars in sales, and Kylie donated 100% of those profits to Smile Train.
CEO of Smile Train, Susannah Schaefer, told PEOPLE Magazine QUOTE “Kylie has a beautiful smile herself, yet we were most impressed with her selflessness, huge heart and extremely generous giving spirit. Everyone here at Smile Train, and all of the cleft children around the world that she has helped, couldn’t be more grateful.”
This time, Kylie is in South America visiting some of those kids in hospitals and once again giving back to the charity in a major way.
