Kylie Jenner's Lip Kits Sells Out AGAIN - Customers Are NOT Happy

To say Kylie Jenners Lip KIt is in high demand is an understatement! Unfortuantly, LITERALLY only one minute after the second round of kits went on sale today at 9am they were sold out!
To get fans revved, kylie released images via instagram on her @lipkitbykylie page of the packaging, lip glosses, and sister Khloe lathering on Candy K.
There was even count down at the 10 minute mark! And when the clock hit 9a.m Poof 9:01 comes around and they were sold out again!
How is that even possible!
But momager Kris gave a fair warning encouraging fans to order quickly on instagram with the caption saying "Make sure you're fast!!" but ordering fast doesn't necessarily mean you will get them fast.
Some fans that bought their Lip Kits the first time around are furious because they haven't received theirs yet. C&S Sales, the company in charge of distribution, has been bombarded with complaints. with comments like, "At what point do we report this as fraud?"
So for those of you who tried to order the Lip Kits after 9:01 and they were sold out don't feel so bad because even those who actually purchased them aren't getting them either.
Basically, now the only hope you have of getting your hands on these kits is if Kylie restocks for a third time or via Ebay where they're going for a lot more than $29. They are going for anywhere between 400 and 2000 dollars! I want to know all your thoughts!
