Kylie Jenner Lip Kits Company Receives HORRIBLE Rating... Brand Under Fire?

The Better Business Bureau also known as the BBB, gave Kylie Cosmetics an F rating after receiving 69 complaints related to delivery issues and 55 about the product itself. A common complaint amongst customers was that some of the product was not being shipped as expected.
You may remember that Kylie Cosmetics did address the delivery complaints back in May saying that they believed the packages were being stolen or vandalized due to the very recognizable packaging and took action by changing the packaging to look more nondescript. However the BBB reported that as of June 23rd, the complaints continued. They explained their reasoning behind giving Kylie Cosmetics such a low rating saying QUOTE – that the "Business has failed to resolve underlying cause(s) of a pattern of complaint.” Other contributing factors included the 133 complaints placed against the cosmetic line since March and apparently 5 have not been resolved. But luckily for Kylie’s team, the BBB actually adjusted the low rating from an F to a C. And you guys know what that means, mama gets to graduate! The CEO of the Better Business Bureau explained the grade change saying that the BBB was not aware of the true volume of business the company was undergoing and that after that was taken into consideration, the amount of complaints paled in comparison.
But for those of you who haven’t had any complaints, good news is that Kylie teased last month on her snapchat that she is scouting locations to open her own cosmetics store. Which would mean that you wouldn’t have to endure the online hunger games trying to refresh and purchase the products online. But I’m curious to hear your thoughts are on all of this.
