Um, last time I checked, Nick Jonas’ name was Nick and not Chris…Unless he’s going by Chris Jonas these days??
Lea Michele made a minor mistake on stage at the American Music Awards and even though she caught herself and quickly recovered…it was too little, too late. Because we all noticed it and I don’t think anyone is going to forget about it any time soon.
Okay, so the minor flub wasn’t as bad as Kendall’s when she accidentally introduce One Direction to the stage instead of Five Seconds of Summer the 2014 Billboard Music Awards, but it still happened and fans could NOT stop talking about the mistake.
One fan tweeted, “Lea Michele almost called Nick Jonas Chris Jonas! I can’t.” While another fan just could not believe their eyes and ears and tweeted, “Lea Michele I love you but did you mess up Nick Jonas’ name?”
In all fairness, she was probably just flustered while introducing Nick with Chris Hardwick standing beside her, but at the same time, she and Nick were co-stars on Scream Queens…so, there shouldn’t have really been an excuse but hey! Mistakes happen.
