Badminton legend Lee Chong Wei will donate 50 tablets towards a campaign to provide various assistance to underprivileged students in the Bukit Mertajam constituency.

This was announced by Bukit Mertajam MP Steven Sim in a Facebook post today.

He said Lee had contacted him after finding out about the "Asal Cek Mau Pi Sekolah" programme and said that he would sponsor 50 Samsung Tab A8 tablets towards it.
