Gerakan's demand that former Umno leaders Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin and Datuk Seri Mukhriz Mahathir return 1Malaysia Development Bhd money "does not make sense", says Lim Guan Eng.
The Finance Minister said the 1MDB money trail, under investigation by the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), did not lead to his now-Pakatan Harapan colleagues' personal accounts.
LIm's comment was in response to a statement by Gerakan president Datuk Dr Dominic Lau that Lim should demand Muhyiddin, Mukhriz and Sabah chief minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal return 1MDB monies given to Umno in the past.
